A California woman is accused of livestreaming a fatal vehicle accident that injured a teen and killed her 14-year-old sister on Instagram.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Obdulia Sánchez, 18, was given a prison term after being arrested on suspicion of DUI and grossly negligent manslaughter.
The California Highway Patrol reported that Sanchez swerved onto the right shoulder while operating a 2003 Buick. Sanchez’s speed was unknown, according to the police.
She went overboard, forcing the car to veer off the road, hit some barbed wire, and smash into a field.
